Currently we are only working with engineering graduates (mechanical, electrical and software), however we will be scaling to include more industries soon.

Gradus operates on a flexible model - gain unlimited access to the platform for $500/month and then pay $3,500 per successful hire. No lock-in contracts, so only pay for access when you need it. Custom plans are available for large-scale recruitment.

Within the employer portal in Gradus, there is a messaging platform to contact graduates that you are interested in for final interviews or offers.

How long are interviews available?
Graduate interviews stay on the platform for 6 months or until they secure a role, whichever comes first. Application and Interview rounds are completed by Gradus all year round, so a fresh set of graduates will always be available.
