Employers acknowledge that all candidate data accessed through Gradus is confidential and must not be disclosed externally without explicit consent. Graduates using Gradus consent to their application, interview recordings, and profile data being securely shared with prospective employers. Gradus reserves the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the service without prior notice. Misuse of the platform, including unauthorised distribution or duplication of proprietary information, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access.
